All houses have at least two showers and two wc's. All houses have full central heating. Parking is available at all houses, some have on-site parking. All rooms have double glazed windows. All room doors have locks.

Please note that from the 1st October to the 1st April (inclusive) there will be a £10 per room per month surcharge to cover increased winter bills.

One month's rent as deposit, plus rent to the end of the current month is required before you move in.
Rent is due in advance on the 1st of each month.
Overnight guests may be permitted for short stays, but only one person per room is the rule.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the houses.

You will be required to sign and agree to a fairly standard Tenancy Agreement which contains full terms and conditions.
There is a £50 surcharge for tenancies of less than six months.
